HUNTING DATES
We hunt from September 10th until antler drop. Older (larger) bulls usually shed their antlers beginning the 2nd week in February. Younger bulls can be hunted through the first week in March.
Bulls usually remain in rut until after Thanksgiving. Hunting in December and January is great because of the lower temperatures, we will usually get some snowfall in those months.

RESERVATIONS
We suggest booking early to secure the dates you want. October is our most popular month so if you want to hunt in October you better call now.
We like to have no more than 4 hunters in the hunt area at one time. We can handle groups larger than 4 but we would only allow 4 people to hunt at any one time.
A $500.00 deposit per hunter is required at the time you book your hunt. If you need to reschedule your dates, and the dates you want to hunt are available, your full deposit will be applied during that hunt season.

TRANSPORTATION
We are located in central Oklahoma south of the city of Cushing in Lincoln County. Commercial air flights can be booked into Tulsa or Oklahoma City. Drive time from either airport is around 1 hour and 20 minutes. For private flights, the Cushing Municipal Airport is located 3 miles north of the ranch and is capable of landing small jets. Let us know your arrival time and we will pick you up at the airport.

HOW DO I HANDLE THE MEAT?
The cost of field dressing, caping and quartering your bull is included in the cost of your hunt. We will transport it to a local processor free of charge and you will pay him direct for any further processing you want (cut into steaks and vacuum sealed, ground into hamburger, made into jerky or sausage, etc.). Meat can be shipped to you via Delta Air for a fee after it is processed. If you want to take your meat with you, we can cut it into large chunks that can be put into 2 or 3 large coolers (you supply the coolers and dry ice - can be purchased locally).
